That is, you run 80% of your training at a low intensity and only 20% at a moderate to high intensity.<\/p>\n<p>You enter race date, race distance (5k|10k|half marathon|full marathon) and training level (low|medium|high) and get a day-by-day training program, which can be used within RunningManager or exported to e.g. Google calendar.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.com\/0451470885\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-30\" src=\"http:\/\/wiman.nu\/rm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/8020running.png\" alt=\"8020running\" width=\"159\" height=\"269\" \/><\/a>RunningManager is based on the book <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.com\/0451470885\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;80\/20 Running&#8221;<\/a> by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mattfitzgerald.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Matt Fitzgerald<\/a> (2014).
