RunningManager goes open source

Today, the C++ source code for RunningManager was made open source under the LGPL license. RunningManager has not been updated for several years. By opening up for other developers, I hope for more active development. The project can be found here on GitHub.

RunningManager is a free software that lets you create training programs for running based on the 80/20 principle in which you do 80% of your training at a low intensity and only 20% in moderate to high intensity.
