You enter race date, race distance (5k|10k|half marathon|full marathon) and training level (low|medium|high) and get a day-by-day training program, which can be used within RunningManager or exported to e.g. Google calendar.<\/p>\n<p>Read the documentation <a href=\"http:\/\/wiman.nu\/runningmanager\/help\/rmhel.htm\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>To download RunningManager for free, send a mail to <a href=\"mailto:rm_request@wiman.nu?subject=RunningManager download request\" target=\"_blank\">rm_request@wiman.nu<\/a>. We will not share your email with any third party. It will primarily be used for update notifications.
