After more than five years, there is now a new release. However, it is only the documentation that has been updated.

RunningManager goes open source
Today, the C++ source code for RunningManager was made open source under the LGPL license. RunningManager has not been updated for several years. By opening up for other developers, I hope for more active development. The project can be found here on GitHub.
Source code on GitHub
As a first step to make RunningManager open source, we have now ported our git repository to github. It is currently private, but we will make it public soon and we can already now invite developers to participate. Read more here.
Training programs 2022
Added a page with precompiled training programs for some Swedish races in 2022. Let me know if you want a training program for a race that is not listed.
Edit weekdays in RunningManager v1.7
Don´t want to run long runs on Sundays? Want your laid back day on Fridays? Now you can edit the training for each week day!
What time can you expect to run a full marathon on if you run a half marathon at 1hour 40min? Use our race calculator and predictor to find out!
To help you get started, we have also added a number of perspectives to choose from.
We have also skipped the registration, so you can go ahead and download the latest version here right now! You may get warnings that the publisher is unknown, but rest assure that RunningManager is safe to install.

Make your own training program for free!
We are happy to introduce RunningManager – a free software which allows you to create training programs for 80/20 Running. You enter race date, race distance (5k|10k|half marathon|full marathon) and training level (low|medium|high) and get a day-by-day training program, which can be used within RunningManager or exported to e.g. Google calendar.
Read the documentation here.
